Your Main Responsibilities:
- Organization and coordination of all warehouse operations
- Guiding and developing the department's employees
- Ensuring orderliness and neatness within the warehouse premises
- Compliance with all health and safety standards and procedures
- Ensuring proper product storage and accurate order fulfillment
- Monitoring and maintaining correct and timely inventory levels, as well as ensuring accurate inventory reflection in the information systems
- Ensuring the proper scheduling of routes and the timely delivery of products
- Compliance of all transportation with local, national, and international regulations
- Analyzing Logistics data and submitting relevant reports to Management
- Implementing improvements in the supply chain and warehousing procedures
- Collaborating with department heads to ensure the timely and accurate execution of orders
- Promptly resolving issues related to the Logistics department
Your profile:
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of ERP tools and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Very good command of English (both written and verbal)
