Your Main Responsibilities:
- Preparation and processing of payroll (timekeeping, leave management, sick leave)
- Registration of new employees, terminations, and any other changes to employee records
- Monitoring and updating all employee records in compliance with Greek labor legislation
- Ensuring accurate and timely payment of employee salaries and benefits
- Administration of employee compensation and benefits
- Preparation and submission of all required documentation through the ERGANI system
- Maintaining communication with public authorities regarding employee-related matters
- Collaboration with the Finance Department on payroll payment procedures
- Preparation of monthly statistical reports
- Reporting and monitoring issues related to health and safety procedures
- Providing support to all employees regarding payroll and compensation matters
- Preparation of payroll budgets
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Very good knowledge of Greek labor and employment legislation
- Very good knowledge of payroll software and ERP systems (SoftOne / Entersoft)
- Very good command of the English language
