HB BODY successfully participated in the Practical Classics Classic Car & Restoration Show 2026, held at the NEC Birmingham from 20–22 March.
Following a strong start to the year at the IAAE in Japan, HB BODY returned to the NEC to engage with the UK’s classic car community, showcasing technical innovation and a comprehensive product range designed for both professional and DIY restorers.
At the center of the HB BODY stand was the “From Rust to Glory” Land Rover Series 3. This award-winning restoration, completed by HB BODY Technical Manager Steve Brown, highlighted the finish quality and durability of the Color Solutions Mix System.
HB BODY’s technical experts were present throughout the weekend, offering technical insights and addressing in-depth technical questions on body preparation and paint application. HB BODY products were also featured in other standout projects across the show floor, including James Walshe’s Citroën 2CV, refinished using HB BODY’s advanced paint systems.
Visitors had the opportunity to explore a wide range of solutions, from high-build primers to specialized clearcoats, and were presented with the HB BODY Classic Car Restoration Guide, a valuable resource for those undertaking their own restoration projects.
Through its continued presence at the NEC show, HB BODY reinforces its commitment to “Giving Life Colour” and to equipping the automotive industry with advanced solutions for preserving classic automotive heritage.
