COLOR SOLUTIONS BASECOAT MIX SYSTEM

1K solvent-based acrylic mix system made of high-quality components (resins, pigments and flakes). Comprises basic tinters solid, metallic, pearls and Xirallic® pearls. Supplied with a specially designed stirring machine, a hand-sprayed colour index and formulations software with tens of thousands of shades.

A715 ACCELERATOR

Special accelerator to be used with C495 CLEAR EXPRESS SR 4:1. Reduces drying times drastically in combination with hardener 727 POLAR.

F218 GLAZE FILLER

2K self-levelling, finishing polyester filler (glaze). Spreads smoothly, with excellent adhesion on metal surfaces. Easy application with premium filling properties. Dries quickly and can be easily sanded with P120 – P240 grit paper.

P340 PLASTOFIX

Special transparent adhesion promoter primer, suitable for application on all plastic parts of the car body (except PE). Ready for use, fast-drying and can be recoated with any paint system.

1K waterborne mix system with great coverage and fast drying. Comprises basic tinters metallic, solid colours, pearls and Xirallic® pearls. Supplied with specially designed heating cabinet,  hand-sprayed colour index and formulations software with thousands of shades.

F217 FIBERLIGHT

2K fiberglass light polyester filler for bridging and filling of cavities giving a smoother texture. Also suitable for filling over corroded surfaces. Quick-dry, extremely easy sanding with P100 – P120 grit paper.

C495 CLEAR EXPRESS SR 4:1

Fast-drying, 2K acrylic, 4:1 SR clear coat, suitable for spot panel repairs. Perfect for high-volume body shops. Use with Hardener for Topcoats H753 NORMAL or Hardener 727 POLAR for reduced air drying times.

Excellent quality metal cans for re-packing primers and top coats.

600 PAINT REMOVER

Transparent coating suitable for the removal of paints, clear coats, primers, stone chip protection and latex materials from all metal and plastic surfaces. Also good for cleaning of paint tools (e.g. spray guns, spatulas etc). Compliant with EU legislation.

700 PAINT REMOVER

Transparent coating suitable for the removal of any coating (stone chip, primers, paints, clear coats) and latex materials from all metal surfaces. Also suitable for cleaning of paint tools (e.g. spray guns, spatulas, etc.).

BODY 699 CLEAR HS SR 2:1

2K HS 2:1 clear coat. Due to its high gloss retention, excellent levelling, and fast hardening properties, it is suitable for spot panels and full automotive repairs. Use with Hardeners for Topcoats H752 SLOW, H753 NORMAL & H754 FAST.

209 UNILITE

2K lightweight polyester filler. Universal use on all metal surfaces including aluminium galvanised stainless and bare steel. Also wood and polyester surfaces. Easily sanded with P120 – P240 grit paper giving a perfect pinhole-free finish.

440 TEXTURE ADDITIVE

Special additive for 2K HS Clear Coats, designed to create a texture effect. Suitable for reproducing the structured matt finish found in certain PSA Group cars.

740 ACRYL NORMAL THINNER

High-quality thinner (reducer) Normal with no recycled solvents, to be used for the dilution of 2K acrylic primers, 2K topcoats and basecoats.

BODY 620 HARDENER

Isocyanate hardener for clear coats BODY 697 HS SR 2:1 and BODY 698 HS SR 2:1.

741 ACRYL SLOW THINNER

High-quality thinner (reducer) Slow with no recycled solvents, to be used for the dilution of 2K acrylic primers, 2K topcoats and basecoats.

710 HARDENER

Special hardener for curing synthetic paints (RALLY, CHASSIS COAT) at a 4:1 mixing ratio.

774 AQUA BASECOAT HARDENER

Isocyanate hardener specially designed for AQUA BASECOAT MIX SYSTEM, providing excellent weathering and chemical resistance. For use on inner parts of the car where no clear coat can be applied.

BODY 626 HARDENER NORMAL

Normal isocyanate hardener, for BODY 636 4:1 HS AIR DRY PRIMER and BODY 696 AIR DRY CLEAR HS SR 2:1.

Fast isocyanate hardener, for BODY 636 4:1 HS AIR DRY PRIMER and BODY 696 AIR DRY CLEAR HS SR 2:1.
