HB BODY Group welcomed the new year with its traditional Vasilopita event, held on Saturday, January 17, bringing together employees and management from across the Group.
The gathering was a great opportunity for everyone to meet, exchange wishes, and reflect on a demanding year that tested the organization on many levels.
The event opened with a speech by the Group’s President, Mr. Vasilis Vasileiadis, who warmly addressed all employees and extended a special welcome to the new members of the HB BODY Group family who attended the event for the first time. He noted that 2025 had been a year full of challenges, calling on everyone to reflect on their individual contributions and draw lessons from the past, so that 2026 can become a year of progress and innovation.
Mr. Giorgos Polychronidis, Chief Operating Officer of the Group, then took the floor, highlighting that 2026 will be another demanding year, as the Group moves forward with the implementation of a new information system. This transition is expected to support future growth and create new development opportunities.
The traditional cutting of the departmental New Year’s cakes followed, with each department represented by its manager. The Industrial Powder Production Department was the lucky winner of the coin, receiving a symbolic cash prize, while two additional employees also found individual coins.
A particularly emotional moment of the evening was the recognition of eight colleagues retired during 2025, who were honored for their long-standing dedication and valuable contribution to the Group.
The event concluded in a warm and festive atmosphere, with live music, food, and drinks. HB BODY Group’s management would like to sincerely thank everyone who attended and contributed to the success of the celebration, marking a positive start to the new year.
